Single - $950

Additional ministry - $65 per hour

Payment Schedule:

x    Please send your deposit check for one half of the requested contribution along with your completed Application / Ministry forms to Daryl and Lynne Hovey. These must be received by us at least two weeks prior to ministry. Please submit the remainder of the requested contribution upon arrival for ministry.
